Description

The SmartSolar MPPT Charge Controller 100V 50A is a high-performance solar charging solution designed to maximize energy collection and efficiently manage 12V and 24V battery systems. With an input voltage range of 18–100V and a powerful 50A charging output, it is suitable for a wide range of solar power applications. Its ultra-fast MPPT technology continuously tracks the optimum power point of solar panels, helping improve energy harvest, particularly when sunlight conditions are changing or cloudy.

Built-in Bluetooth Smart allows convenient wireless setup, monitoring, updating, and synchronization, while VE.Direct provides wired connectivity with compatible GX products, PCs, and other devices. The controller also features a protective load output that helps prevent battery over-discharge and is short-circuit protected. Its intelligent Battery Life algorithm manages the load disconnect level to help ensure regular near-full battery recharging and extend the life of lead-acid batteries. Programmable charging algorithms, day/night timing, and light-dimming options provide additional flexibility. An integrated temperature sensor automatically compensates charging voltage according to temperature, while optional external battery voltage and temperature sensing can provide even more accurate battery management.
