Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Shipping Overview
At TriCart, we take great pride in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. We work with premium logistics partners to provide a seamless shopping experience from our warehouse to your doorstep. All shipments are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or nationwide public holidays. During peak seasonal periods (like Black Friday or Eid sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

4. International Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping to selected international locations. Typically, international orders arrive within 10-21 business days. Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will typically make two or three attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security reasons. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If an item is missing or damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs.
